Texmaker
Texmaker is a free, cross-platform LaTeX editor created by Pascal Brachet, programmed on C++, and released in 2003. It is currently available on Microsoft Windows, macOS & Linux. Texmaker has gained popularity over other LaTeX editors because of its feature-rich nature, customization, well-maintained source code, and relevant support community. The software includes Unicode support, spell checking, auto-completion, code folding, and a built-in pdf viewer with synctex support and continuous view mode.
