Bash

Bourne-Again Shell (Bash) is a Unix shell, and is the standard for the GNU Project. Although there are more Unix shells available, Bash is probably the most widely used and the easiest to learn. In a Unix environment, we can interact with Bash either directly via a terminal application or indirectly by writing and executing Bash scripts.
